Ian Brownhill Ian specialises in public law, human rights and regulatory law. He has a broad public law and human rights practice which focuses on mental capacity, education law, criminal justice, prison and police law and community care. Ian has particular expertise in safeguarding adults. |
Fran Pearson Fran is the independent chair of safeguarding adults boards. Fran trained as a social worker because she wanted to make a difference to people's lives. She saw the extent to which people’s dignity and independence were affected for good or ill by the way organisations worked together, and as a result, moved into local government and NHS commissioning - establishing new services and redesigning others. |
