Mills & Reeve posts record turnover of £111m for 2018-19

Law firm Mills & Reeve saw turnover rise 4.3% to £110.9m for the 2018-19 financial year.
On the back of its performance the firm has announced an all staff bonus, which equates to £1,500 for every full time employee who has been with the firm for at least a year.
The bonus is pro-rated so part-time employees also receive a bonus as well as staff who have been with the firm for less than a year, the firm said.

“It’s also pleasing that growth has been achieved at the same time we have invested in a number of high-profile lateral hires in key areas of the business and the implementation of major infrastructure projects, including a new project management system and website.”
