Midland Heart is to procure its latest legal services framework agreement, which is estimated to be worth £1.5m.

The housing association has 34,000 homes across the UK, serving 55 local authorities,

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

42 BR Housing

  1. HR/Employment/Payroll/Health and safety
  2. Housing Litigation and Housing management
  3. Treasury, Finance and Contracts
  4. Property, Development and Building Safety
  5. Governance

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 28 February 2025 (12:00pm).
