Welsh landlord to procure £2m legal services framework

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

1. Human Resources and Employment Law
2. Housing Management
3. Court Cover
4. Property Matters
5. Complex Property Matters - including Development, Land, Procurement and Contracts
6. Corporate Governance and Funding Matters

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 11 November 2024 (10 am).
