Details

Advantage South West, a procurement organisation owned by social housing providers, is to procure a legal services framework estimated to be worth up to £9m.

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

  1. New Build Development
  2. Treasury & Governance

Advantage South West is owned by:

42 BR Housing

  • Abri
  • LiveWest
  • North Devon Homes
  • Ocean Housing

The contract is expected to start on 1 June 2022 and run until 31 May 2028.
