A medium sized registered social landlord in East London, Poplar HARCA, is seeking lawyers to advise on the delivery of new build and refurbishment opportunities in the borough.
The framework agreement will last four years and is estimated to be worth £200,000.
Poplar HARCA said the framework agreement would include adaptive refurbishment, land led schemes, S106 packages and prospective Housing Zone opportunities.
The provider owns and manages around 9,000 homes in Poplar. The majority of these were transferred from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in 1998.
