Andrew Arden QC steps down after 20 years as head of chambers

Andrew Arden QC, one of the leading housing law barristers in the country, has stepped down after 20 years as head of the chambers he founded.
The new head of Arden Chambers is Christopher Baker. Jonathan Manning will replace Baker as chair of the set’s management committee.
In a statement the set said: “Arden Chambers expresses profound thanks to Andrew Arden QC for 20 years of unstinting service.”
The silk will continue to practise from the chambers, which he set up in 1993 as a centre of specialist practice primarily in the housing law field.
