City council names five firms to £1.67m legal services framework
City of Doncaster Council has appointed five firms to a legal services framework estimated to be worth £1.67m.
The framework was divided into the following lots:
- General Legal Services
- Adult Care Legal Services.
The successful firms were:
- Browne Jacobson (lot 2)
- Geldards (1)
- Sharpe Pritchard (1)
- Ward Hadaway (1, 2)
- Weightmans (1, 2)
The South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) will be permitted to access the framework.
The framework contract was due to commence on 11 February 2025 and will run for an initial three years. There is an option to extend the framework by a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the council.
