Procurement group for academy trusts names seven firms to £22m legal services lot on professional services framework
Procurement body Pagabo, acting on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust, has appointed seven law firms to the legal services lot of its £89.5m national framework of providers of professional services to academies in England.

- Forbes Solicitors
- HCR Legal
- HY Education Solicitors
- Muckle
- Stone King
- Wilkin Chapman
The legal services lot is estimated to be worth £22m out of the total value of the contract of £89.5m.
The other lots include data protection, internal audit, external audit, valuation services, health and safety services, HR, and payroll services.
The framework agreement has been established for a period of two years, with the option to extend for up to a further two periods of 12 months. It can be utilised by all academy trusts in England.
