North West landlord to procure £10m legal services framework
North West social landlord Regenda is to procure a legal services framework estimated to be worth up to £10m over four years.
Regenda owns or manages 13,000 properties in the North West of England.
The framework agreement has been divided into the following lots:
- Corporate, Governance, Financial & Securitisation
- Housing Management & Commercial
- Property, Development & Construction
- HR
The closing date is 3 June 2024 (12 pm).
The contract is due to start on 1 September 2024 and run until 31 August 2028.
The framework will be open to all subsidiaries of the Regenda Group and to other external contract authorities as defined by the contract notice.
