North Yorkshire housing association names five firms to legal services panel
Rural housing association Broadacres has appointed five law firms to a four-year panel supplementing its in-house legal service.

The services required will broadly be in respective of lots including: routine property transactions; development; corporate and finance; and employment.
The successful firms were:
- Swinburne Maddison
- Anthony Collins
- Devonshires
- Ward Hadaway
- Bevan Brittan.
The contract starts on 1 April 2024 and runs until 31 March 2027.
Broadacres owns and manages more than 6,000 homes and has stock in Hambleton, Darlington, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Redcar and Cleveland, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby, the East Riding of Yorkshire, York and Leeds.
