Surrey Police, Sussex Police, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex are to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £22m over seven years.

The PPC for Surrey is acting as lead force for the contract agreement.
The contract term will be for five years with the option to extend the contract by two additional 12-month increments. The option to extend the contract will be at the sole discretion of the PCC for Surrey.
The contract is due to start on 1 April 2024 and end, if the options to extend are exercised, on 31 March 2031.
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12:00 pm on 6 November 2023.
