South of England landlord to procure £9.9m legal services framework
A South of England social landlord is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £9.9m.

Vivid Homes said it plans to divide the framework into five lots:
- Land and development
- Property sales
- Housing and leasehold
- Corporate - Finance, Procurement, Charity Law, Governance and Employment Law
- Disrepair.
The contract is due to start on 2 October 2023 and run until 1 October 2027.
Vivid has 33,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex. It says it is the fourth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England, having built 1,390 last year.
