Value of legal services framework for Scottish councils revised upwards to £26m with addition of four more participating authorities
The estimated value of a proposed legal services framework for Scottish councils has been increased to more than £26m with the addition of four councils as participating authorities.
The original contract notice was published by Edinburgh Council on its own behalf as well 14 other local authorities, and was estimated to be worth £22m.
The additional participating authorities are:
- Angus Council
- North Lanarkshire Council
- South Lanarkshire Council
- Renfrewshire Council
The contract is to be divided into the following six lots:
- Commercial
- Property and Planning
- Litigation
- Employment
- Major Projects and Investigations
- Debt Recovery
There will be up to 23 framework participants.
