Social landlord seeks expressions of interest in solicitors panel
The Community Housing Group is seeking expressions of interest in its plans for a panel of two or three solicitors firms.
The largest social housing landlord in the Wyre Forest District said: “Community Housing often need to seek legal advice for various requirements across all areas of the business.
“Community Housing intend to release a tender document to agree a contract with a panel of solicitors [2 - 3 firms to be appointed] to support in these matters. The contract will enable relationships to be built, colleagues in the business knowing who to contact and agreed pricing and rates. This document is being released to understand if there is an appetite in the market for this piece of work.”
