Devonshires grows Birmingham office with housing litigation partner hire
Law firm Devonshires has hired housing litigation lawyer Baljit Basra as a partner in its Birmingham office.

Basra has 20 plus years of experience in various matters including training Registered Providers, court advocacy, disrepair, statutory nuisance, possession and advising on policy and procedures.
She will lead the Housing Management and Property Litigation team in Birmingham, which was opened in March 2022.
Basra said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining a well-respected team and excited to be part of the expansion of Devonshires in Birmingham and the Midlands.”
Donna McCarthy, who leads the 50-strong Housing Management and Property Litigation department at Devonshires, said: “I am thrilled to welcome Baljit Basra to the firm. We are confident that Baljit will be instrumental in driving further growth within our Birmingham office and across the wider firm.
