Law firm Capsticks has reappointed Martin Hamilton as its Managing Partner for a further term through to April 2026.

Hamilton has been Capsticks’ Managing Partner since 2017, during which time turnover has increased from £35m to £62m.

Capsticks said key achievements during his tenure included development of its work into new practice areas in line with its strategy, including local authority work following the firm’s appointment in 2021 to the EM Lawshare framework.

Hamilton is a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team along with Rachael Heenan (Senior Partner) and Neil Middleton (Chief Operating Officer).

Heenan said: “Martin’s reappointment is a testament to his hard work, focus and the respect and trust he has from everyone within the firm

“We have set out our strategy and vision to 2025 as a firm to deliver results that matter and work with organisations that seek to make a difference.

“On a personal level, Martin is a complete joy to work with and I am delighted that we can continue our partnership.”

Hamilton said: “Thank you to everyone at Capsticks for putting their confidence in me to continue as the firm’s Managing Partner for a further term. I’m really looking forward to working with Rachael, Neil and our teams to deliver the next stage of our strategy, with a continued focus on smart growth and putting people first.”
