The Regulator of Social Housing has appointed five law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £850,000.

The successful firms were:
- Bevan Brittan (Lots 1, 2)
- CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang (1, 2)
- Mills & Reeve (1, 2)
- Norton Rose Fulbright (2)
- Trowers & Hamlins (1, 2)
The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70), social value (weighting: 10) and price (weighting: 20).
The contract starts on 2 May 2022 and is expected to end on 30 April 2026.
