Public law children specialist Hazel Samuriwo has joined the Family Group at 42 Bedford Row from the London Borough of Brent.

Samuriwo qualified as a solicitor with higher rights of audience in 2016. She was called to the Bar in 2021.
In public law proceedings she takes instructions from local authorities, parents, grandparents, official solicitors and guardians covering the whole range of hearings from EPOs, contested ICOs, CMH, IRH, contested designation, to final hearings and fact find, 42 Bedford Row said.
She also specialises in mental health, having represented individuals in this area between 2013 and 2016.
Samuriwo also accepts instructions in Private Children Law and Non-Molestation Orders.
