Kate Traynor has joined Landmark Chambers as a specialist property, costs and commercial litigation barrister.

Called to the Bar in 2019, Traynor has moved from Exchange Chambers where she completed pupillage.

Her practice encompasses property, costs litigation, insolvency and commercial litigation. She regularly appears in the County and High Court in relation to a whole range of matters from procedural hearings and interlocutory applications through to complex witness trials on the multi-track.

Traynor said: “I’m looking forward to getting to know my colleagues and I’m delighted to have become a tenant at what is one of the country’s leading sets for property, planning, environmental and public law.”

David Holland QC, Joint Head of Landmark Chambers, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kate to chambers. She’s an excellent practitioner and her skills and expertise will benefit our clients enormously.”
