Social landlord appoints seven law firms to £5m legal services framework
A housing association with more than 28,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands, Your Housing, has appointed seven providers to a legal services framework worth an estimated £5m over four years.
The framework was divided into five lots:
- Development and Specialist Property Transactions.
- Sales and Routine Property Transactions.
- Corporate and Finance.
- Employment and HR.
- Housing Management Including Out of Hours Service.
The successful firms were:
- Bevan Brittan (Lots 1, 2, 5)
- Brabners (2, 4, 5)
- Capsticks (3)
- Clarke Willmott (5)
- Devonshires (1, 2, 3)
- Knights (2)
- Shoosmiths (1)
The panel will run until 30 April 2025.
