Ex-local authority lawyer joins Public Law team at Spire Barristers
Former local authority lawyer Holly Littlewood has joined the Public Law team at Spire Barristers.

Prior to joining Chambers, Littlewood worked as an in-house lawyer for a large council for more than 10 years.
“During this time, Holly developed extensive experience of education-related disputes, including appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal (SEND) relating to Education, Health and Care Plans, and disability discrimination claims,” Spire Barristers said.
Littlewood has delivered training to several other local authorities on special educational needs law.
She also has an interest in human rights, and has volunteered for Liberty as an Information and Advice Volunteer.
Littlewood accepts instructions in Court of Protection and Education Law work.
