Major North West housing provider to re-procure £6m legal services panel
Onward Group, one of the largest social landlords in the North West, is to re-procure its panel of legal services providers for a framework agreement worth estimated £6m.

The group, which owns and manages 35,000 homes across the region, said it was inviting “suitably qualified legal firms experienced in social housing matters to express an interest”.
The re-procurement will be conducted through a restricted procedure (in two stages).
The framework has been divided into the following lots:
- Property Conveyancing.
- Property Compliance & Enforcement.
- Property Commercial & Advice.
- Development – Conveyancing.
- Development.
- Finance.
- Funding & Charging.
- Corporate Governance.
- Housing Management.
- General Commercial.
- Employment.
The panel will last for a four-year period commencing on 1 April 2021.
