A social landlord that owns or manages around 13,000 properties across the North West, operating in more than 30 local authority areas, is to procure a legal services framework.
Regenda has divided the framework into the following lots:
- Corporate, Governance, Financial and Securitisation (estimated value: £5.38m).
- Housing Management and Commercial (estimated value: £3.64m).
- Property, Development and Construction (estimated value: £4.04m).
- HR (estimated value: £404,000).
The contract is expected to last four years.
