Brunel University London is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £1.7m.

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

  1. Commercial services.
  2. Property and estates.
  3. Human resources.
  4. Student matters, governance and regulatory.

The university said it would appoint up to a maximum of three providers in respect of each lot following approval of the recommended contract award.

The contract is for three years with the option to extend for a further two years (at 1 year intervals) giving a possible contract term of five years at the discretion of Brunel.
