A Scottish housing association has launched the procurement of a legal services framework worth an estimated £550,000 over four years.

Kingdom Housing Association, which is based in Fife, has divided its 2020-24 framework into the following lots:

  1. General Legal, Governance, Contractual and Procurement Issues.
  2. Conveyancing and Related Issues.
  3. Employment Law Issues.
  4. Finance Management Issues.
  5. Housing, Asset Management and Estate Management Issues.

The framework will be made available to companies in the Kingdom Group. It will be for a three-year period with the option to extend for a one-year period solely at the group’s discretion.

Kingdom Housing Association said: “It is envisaged that successful applicants appointed to the framework will be available to provide legal services to all organisation named on this framework.”

The contract will be awarded on the basis of quality requirements (weighting: 60) and price (weighting: 40).
