1GC Family Law strengthens children law and CoP teams with double hire
1GC Family Law has bolstered its children law practice with the arrival of two specialist practitioners, Elpha LeCointe and Susan George.

Both LeCointe and George also specialise in Court of Protection work.
LeCointe, who was called in 1988, will join with immediate effect. Her practice encompasses all aspects of children law in both the public law and private law fields.
She also sits as a Deputy District Judge at the Central Family Court, and is an external examiner for the Bar Professional Training Course.
Charles Geekie QC, Joint Head of Chambers, said: “We are delighted to welcome Elpha, who is widely respected across the bar. Her seniority and wide experience will add yet further strength to our excellent Children and Court of Protection teams. We look forward to working with her.”
George, who was called in 1990, meanwhile returns to the set. Alongside her practice at the bar she also sits part time as First Tier Judge of the Social Entitlement Chamber and as an Immigration Judge.
