Major North of England housing association names five firms to £3.8m legal services panel
One of the largest housing associations in the North of England has appointed five law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £3.8m.

Together Housing Association, which is based in Halifax, manages more than 36,000 homes across Yorkshire and Lancashire.
The successful firms were:
- Bevan Brittan.
- Brabners
- Devonshires
- Forbes Solicitors
- Ward Hadaway
Together said that suppliers appointed to the framework would be required to provide a comprehensive set of legal services and advice across a range of defined work streams. “Each supplier will be required to provide a minimum of 95 % of all elements defined within the scope of all work streams.”
The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70) and pricing (weighting: 30).
