Council to hire legal firm to advise on appointment of housing maintenance contractor
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking to appoint a legal firm and a consultant to provide services to support it in appointing a new service provider to undertake housing maintenance services.
The local authority’s current contract with Mears expires at the end of September 2022.
The new contract, which is worth an estimated £200,000 across the two lots, is to start on 24 June 2019 and run until 1 June 2021.
