Major housing association names ten firm to legal services panel
One of the country’s largest housing associations, Orbit Group, has appointed ten law firms to a legal services framework agreement estimated to be worth more than £500,000.

The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 60) and price (weighting: 40).
Orbit Group aims to deliver 20,000 new homes over the next ten years. It currently manages a portfolio of 42,000 homes across the Midlands, the East and South East.
