Stephen Kosmin, formerly of 39 Essex Chambers, has joined 11KBW in a boost to its public law, commercial and international law practices.

Kosmin has acted both for claimants and the Government in public law proceedings. He is a member of the Attorney General’s B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown, acting for the Government in national security cases.

He also has significant experience in financial regulation and financial services, high-value energy and finance disputes, and arbitral proceedings.

James Goudie QC and John Cavanagh QC, joint Heads of Chambers at 11KBW, said: “We are delighted to be joined by Stephen whose practice will add further strength and depth not just to our public law team, but also to our outstanding procurement, commercial and financial regulatory law practices. In addition, his experience in international disputes further enhances our growing international arbitration and public international law practice.

“Stephen’s recruitment is in line with our strategy to consolidate and enhance our core areas of practice.”
