Cardiff University is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £2.4m that could last up to four years.

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

  1. property (and estates);
  2. HR and employment matters;
  3. commercial/corporate/intellectual property;
  4. student and HE Matters (including international partnerships for students study);
  5. governance/charity law/trusts/public law.

The framework will run for an initial period of 24 months, with the option to extend up to a further 24 months (in 2 x 12 month increments).

The maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer is three.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate / for receipt of expressions of interest is 12:00 on 23 November 2018.
