East of England housing provider to set up £2m legal services framework

An East of England housing association is to procure a legal services framework agreement worth an estimated £2m over four years.

Greenfields Community Housing, which has around 8,500 homes across the Braintree District, has divided the framework into six lots:

1. Property
2. Development
3. Housing Management Advice
4. General Commercial
5. Employment, and
6. Financial.

The contract will start on 18 December 2018 and run until 16 December 2022.

The framework will be open to Greenfields and members of the Procurement Alliance for Essex.
