Law firm secures £700k contract with East Anglian housing association
A housing association in East Anglia has appointed law firm Birketts to a £700,000 contract to provide housing management legal services.

Broadland Housing Group had split its legal work into two lots:
- Housing management; and
- Development (including property sales).
The contract was awarded on the basis of quality questions (weighting: 60%), interview and presentation (weighting: 10%) and price (weighting: 30%).
The award notice does not state the outcome of the procurement of the second lot.
Broadland has more than 5,000 homes in Norfolk and north Suffolk.
